Overall Conclusion:
A good charting and technical analysis software that is reasonably priced and easy to use.
EzyChart incorporates all the basic technical indicators (see list below) that are required by most investors and beginners. Its user-friendly interface and comprehensive electronic (PDF) manual help users spend less time learning how to use the software and more time analysing their investments.
The main drawback of EzyChart is its inability to add customised indicators.
Technical support includes website, email and phone. Typical of software providers, there were usually long waits to get through to telephone support. Customer support was very professional and helpful when we called. Many frequently asked questions are also answered in either the electronic manual or on its support website.

Includes some fundamental information on stocks, when using EzyCast data: Average Volume, Industry Group, Shares On Issue, EPS, PE, DPS, NAB, DE etc.
Able to store limited personal notes for specific stocks.
Able to plot all types of charts: bar, candlestick, point and figure, equivolume, gann swing.
Able to create your own Style Sheet to apply preferred indicators to all new charts.
Able to group a few charts together as a Template.
Some useful tools: Advance Decline Line Builder, Private Index Builder, Turnover Analysis, Magic Channels, Measured Move and Symmetrical Time/Price Analysis.
Dislikes:
Lacks the ability to add customised indicators.
Personal notes limited to 255 characters!
Limited to loading 750 records on a chart - approximately 3 years worth of data.
Long wait on the phone for technical support.
Other Comments:
EzyChart is only a charting software. It does not scan the database for buy/sell signals based on technical criteria. This is done using an add-on software called EzyAnalyser.
If contemplating buying EzyChart and EzyAnalyser, you will get more value-for-money by getting EzyProfessional (contains EzyChart, EzyAnalyser and EzyManager) as pricing is almost similar.
