PRIVILEGED MEMBERSHIP LOGIN AND ACCESS
You  agree that you shall keep all login detail provided to you strictly confidential and for personal use only at all times. It is your responsibility to ensure that no one else (except you) logs in to and accesses TradersNetwork.org and all partner websites with your login detail. Any contravention will lead to the immediate termination of your membership without refund.

TERMINATION
The Terms of Use are effective until terminated by RPG, and RPG may terminate this agreement and your access to TradersNetwork.org at any time without notice. In the event of termination, you are no longer authorised to access TradersNetwork.org, but all restrictions imposed on you, licenses granted by you and all RPG disclaimers and limitations of liability set out in the Terms of Use will survive.

MEMBERSHIP EXPIRY & USER RESPONSIBILITIES
When a trial or paid membership is expiring or ends, it is the sole responsibility of the trial user or paid member to remove any automatic email notifications that they have previously selected on their account. After a trial or paid membership ends, an administrative fee for the removal of automatic notifications will be applied, should such service be required. Trial users and expired paid members are not allowed to enter or attempt to access TradersNetwork.org services. Such access or attempts amount to illegal trespass.

MISCELLANEOUS
RPG relies on your continued observance of these Terms of Use. If RPG suffers any loss or damage or incurs any costs in connection with any breach of these Terms of Use or any other legal obligation then you agree to indemnify RPG for those losses, damages and costs.

This agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You irrevocably and unconditionally submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales. If any provision of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of law, such invalidity or unenforceability will not affect the remainder of the agreement which will continue in full force and effect.
