Do you have problem logging in to Discussion Channel?
Some members have reported they have trouble logging in to Discussion Channel. If you are experiencing the same problem, please follow these tips:
Step 1: Have you changed your password to Discussion Channel?
If you have previously changed your password to Discussion Channel, it will not work with the new centralised login system.
Please contact us immediately so we could reset it to the default password for you. The default password is the one that we emailed to you. If you no longer have that email or would like to check with us, simply contact us .
If you have not changed your password, please proceed to Step 2.
Step 2: Use Firefox or Microsoft Internet Explorer
TINO's new website is optimised for and is best viewed with Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft Internet Explorer . If you have trouble logging in to Discussion Channel with a browser other than either of the two mentioned, please try using either Firefox or IE.
If you are already using one of the two, and still have problems, please try the other one to see if it helps.
Step 3: Delete your cached cookie
Firefox: > Tools > Options > Privacy > Show Cookies > *Delete the cookies relating to tradersnetwork.org
IE: > Tools > Internet Options > Browsing History > Settings > View Files > *Click on "Internet Address" column header to sort > *Delete cookie relating to tradersnetwork.org
Step 4: Delete your old bookmark
Old bookmark to http://www.tradersnetwork.org/forum/ should be deleted.
Bookmark http://www.tradersnetwork.org instead.
Step 5: Log in from the top of the page
Username and password input fields are at the top of the homepage.
Step 6: Persist
If you have followed the above steps and still have problems, please try a few times at http://www.tradersnetwork.org/go/login/
