Q: My membership is expiring soon. How do I renew my membership?
A: Please log in and check your membership payment and expiry date here
. You should receive a renewal notice by email or private message (at
Discussion Channel) within 1 month of your membership expiry. If not,
please contact us .
Q: How do I update my address, email and/or telephone no.?
A: Please update here .
Q: Is it true that my participation and contributions at Discussion Channel will be rewarded?
A: Yes. Valuable participation at and contributions to the TINO
community are duly recognised - whether it be asking questions, helping
another member, participating in community projects, helping achieve community targets, posting valuable information, or sharing your
knowledge.
Q. How does the membership loyalty reward system work?
A: All new members start as Level 1 Member. You will be promoted to a
higher level for every year of continuous membership and/or
contributing actively at TINO. The highest level you could attain is
Level 5. Level 5 Member enjoys a huge 50% off their membership fee! Read more here .
